Healthy snacks will be provided during the break, along with information about the “Brain Gym” book to coordinate brain and body exercises.
The seminar is for older and younger adults alike. Ken Bertelson will provide music on his keyboard.
Presenter Russell Goodman received his bachelor of arts degree from Macalester College and his master’s degree from the University of Minnesota school of social work. He is a personal trainer with successful clients ages 9 to 97 years old. He is co-founder of Senior Exercise Lifestyles Inc., a program for elderly residents, giving them the opportunity to improve strength and balance.
