Daxtor Jonathan Harvey, 19, no address listed , was arrested by Albert Lea police officers after a short car chase about 3:30 a.m. Saturday.

The police report said the chase started on Fountain Street and ended on State Highway 13.

This report added that Harvey was charged with fleeing a police officer, underage drinking and driving, and fifth degree possession of a controlled substance.
