Blooming Prairie ended the Glenville-Emmons baseball team’s five-game winning streak Tuesday with an 8-4 victory in Glenville.

The Blossoms took a 6-2 lead after the third, but the Wolverines cut it to 6-4 after the fourth before Blooming Prairie put it out of reach with two runs in the seventh.

Jon Mittag struck out nine, but gave up eight runs on eight hits in seven innings.
