The Minnesota Multi Housing Association will host training on fair housing from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. April 15 in the multipurpose room at City Hall.

The cost is $39 for members and $59 for nonmembers.

The training will give knowledge on the intricacies of fair housing laws, teach which behaviors are prohibited and help participants gain an understanding of penalties.

“Protect your company and yourself from costly discrimination claims by learning how to play fair in every interaction you have with a current or prospective resident,” states a press release about the training.

The training will give two credits of continuing Real Estate education credits.
