90th birthday was a happy celebration

How many people normally attend a 90-year-old’s birthday party? Unfortunately, most close friends at my age have usually passed on. And although many of my closest friends are gone, it brought much joy to have more than 100 people attend my party to celebrate and share 90 wonderful years.

My family, my oldest dear friends, business acquaintances, and obviously many new friends I’ve met along the way — including all of my newest friends I met two years ago in the Oncology Department at Naeve Hospital.

A very special thank you to Steve Waldoff for speaking on my behalf, and to my son Greg for his touching words that left the entire room in tears. It was a great celebration I will never forget. A big thank you to all who shared this day with me making my 90th birthday a terrific memory.
