Lorri Wilson, 51

Memorial services for Lorri Kay Anderson Wilson, 51, of California, formerly of Glenville, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at First Lutheran Church in Glenville. The Rev. Krista Stokke will officiate. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
Lori died at her home in California.
Lorri Kay Anderson Wilson was born on May 7, 1958, to Wesley and Anita Anderson in Austin. Lorri grew up in Glenville and graduated from Glenville High School in 1977. She then moved to Mankato and attended school for social work. Lorri volunteered for various organizations and worked as an in-home caregiver. She and her first husband moved to California many years ago. Lorri worked different jobs in California including the restaurant industry. Lorri was currently widowed. She enjoyed nature, plants, and living a healthy lifestyle with walking and exercise. Also, Lorri was deeply involved with her church and had a strong faith in God. It was a huge part of her life.
Survivors include her father, Wesley Anderson, of Glenville; sisters: Nancy (Gary) Brandt of Albert Lea and Marie (Mike) Johnson of Bloomington; nieces and nephews: Jessica, Carissa, Brianna, Jeremiah, Josh, Gabriel and Rachel; great-nephew, Zane; great-niece, Abby; sand everal aunts, uncles and cousins.
Lorri was preceded in death by her grandparents; her mother, Anita; and her sister, Delight.
