Funeral services for Keith Allan Roell, age 49, of Albert Lea will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 28, at the Church of St. Theodore. The Rev. James Berning and Deacon Mike Ellis will officiate. Interment will be in the St. Theodore’s Cemetery at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 30. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church.

Keith died Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.
Keith Allan Roell was born on Nov. 6, 1960, to Kevin and Rose (Ponto) Roell in Albert Lea. He grew up in Albert Lea and graduated from Albert Lea High School in 1979. Keith worked at Waste Management for 20 years and most recently at Albert Lea Trailer as a mechanic. He was a member of the Church of St. Theodore. Keith enjoyed hunting, fishing, and most of all spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He loved being “Uncle Keith.” He had an easy smile and loved to laugh and enjoy life. His family was very dear to him and he will be deeply missed by them all.
Survivors include his mother, Rose Roell; siblings, Don (Nancy) Roell, Diane (Ron) Edwin, Craig (Pat) Roell, Theresa (Craig) Swenson, Jeff (Janey) Roell and Susan (Paul) Yates; 10 nieces and nephews; 11 great-nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
Keith was preceded in death by his grandparents and father, Kevin Roell.
