Kent Otterman to lead state park service Sunday

The Rev. Kent Otterman, chaplain at the Good Samaritan Society of Albert Lea, will lead the ecumenical service Sunday at Myre-Big Island State Park. The service begins at 8 a.m. A state park sticker is needed to enter the park.
