Minn. auto agencies are about worthless

I have a real story about a car I bought here in Oklahoma. This car is from Minnesota. I was told that the title was being mailed to me from Dell or Dale Simpson. Pete Jilk brought this car to Oklahoma to trade for a truck. I have had this car since January of this year. I have put a lot of money into this car to get it running. I have talked to the Minnesota Highway Patrol and the supervisor of records at the Driver and Vehicle Services Division, who said that neither of these men have ever been listed on the title.

Due to privacy laws, no one can tell me who really owns this car or who has my title. It is not reported stolen. The state DVS is hopeless in helping. You cannot get through to talk to anyone if you do not have a Minnesota driver’s license number! I am so frustrated with this situation.

I cannot drive this car, sell it or get any information. Does anyone in this area know either of these men? Please respond.
