Tara and Chris Skogheim, of 109 Independence Ave., Clarks Grove, announce the birth of twins, Andrew Chris and Elijah Robert Skogheim, on July 12, 2010, at Albert Lea Medical Center.

Andrew Chris weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces, and Elijah Robert weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces. They were born one minute apart.
