The Tiger Hills subdivision will be having a block party on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free Bruno’s corndogs will be served to the public. Tiger Hills developers would like to invite the public to come enjoy the success they’ve had over the past two years and see what they’re building. Three homes will be open to the public for tours. One home is a finished two bedroom, two bathroom twin home. Another is a four bedroom, three bathroom split level home. The third home is a three bedroom, two bathroom home that is currently on the market.
Tiger Hills is the fastest growing subdivision in Albert Lea. There are currently three units in construction, and five homes have been sold in the past year. In phases one and two there were a total of 60 lots developed, and Remax is currently closing on its 20th lot.
