As of Friday evening, Albert Lea City Manager Jim Norman is on paid leave from his duties, pending a special closed meeting of the Albert Lea City Council, Mayor Mike Murtaugh said.

The  meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. Thursday in the council chambers in Albert Lea City Hall.
