Funeral services for Michael “Frosty” Shawn Jensen-Anderson, 35, of Glenville, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Chapel. The Rev. John Holt will officiate. Michael died Saturday, Aug. 7, 2010, at his home.

Michael “Frosty” Shawn Jensen-Anderson was born on Feb. 18, 1975, to Gary Lars Anderson and Sandra Kay Lang in Edina. He grew up in the Albert Lea area attending local schools. Michael worked as a mechanic for various places. Most recently he had been taking truck driving classes through Riverland Community College. Michael enjoyed spending time with his children and family, and he liked playing video and computer games, riding his motorcycle, fishing and camping. Blessed be his memory.

Survivors include his children: Krystal, Mitchell and Anthony all of Northwood, Iowa; mother, Sandy Lang, and fiancé Richard of Albert Lea; father, Gary Anderson, of Albert Lea; sisters: Kathy Talamantes (fiancé Damion), Brenda Wyant, Tammy (Donny) Praska; brothers: Troy (Amy) Jensen and Chad Jensen; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and former wife, Delya Perkins of Iowa.

Michael was preceded in death by his biological father, Gary Lee Jensen; grandparents; and a niece, Christa Moffitt.
