LAKE MILLS, Iowa — A 23-year-old Manly, Iowa, man died Wednesday morning after a semitrailer and Dodge Ram truck collided in the intersection of 480th Street and 130th Avenue, northwest of Lake Mills.

According to the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred just before 9 a.m. Wednesday.

Joshua Servantez was identified as the driver of pickup. He died at the scene.

The driver of the semi, whose name has not been released, was uninjured.

The Sheriff’s Office stated the semi was driving northbound and the pickup was driving westbound when the collision occurred.

The crash is still under investigation by the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office and the Iowa State Patrol.

The deputy who covered the call was not available for additional questions when the Tribune called the Sheriff’s Office.

Other responding agencies included the Iowa Department of Motor Vehicles Enforcement, Lake Mills Ambulance, Forest City Ambulance Service, Lake Mills Fire Department and Mercy Air Life.
