ALMC offers program

A free program, “Preparing your advance directive” has been scheduled for 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, at HealthReach, 1705 S.E. Broadway, Albert Lea.
Planning for end-of-life and letting others know what you want is a difficult, but essential, talk to have. Your loved ones need to know what your requests are and how you want your health care handled if you cannot speak for yourself. Join ALMC staff in discussing these issues and learning what a health care advance directive is.
Staff will be available to explain the document and help you fill it out or you will be able to take the document home. If you already have a document in process, bring it along and a notary will be available to assist you in completing it.
Please register to ensure adequate seating and handout availability by calling 507-379-2046.
