The Freeborn County Republican Party will hold a grand opening on Saturday for the party’s local headquarters downtown.

The grand opening is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The headquarters are in the Unique Building at the corner of Clark Street and Broadway Avenue in Albert Lea.

The office has been open for a couple of hours on Saturdays but starting with the grand opening will expand its normal hours to 3 to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 3 to 5 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. People can stop by to get candidate information, yard signs and enjoy a cup of coffee.
