Ilah N. Groe, 86, of Albert Lea, died at the Albert Lea Medical Center on Monday, Sept. 6, 2010. Private graveside and interment services will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery. Friends may visit with family from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Bonnerup Funeral Service, 2210 E. Main St., Albert Lea. A light lunch will be served.

Ilah will be lovingly missed and remembered by her family: daughter, Diane (Dick) Posthumus, of Albert Lea; son, Brian Groe, of Boise, Idaho; two grandsons: Jeff (Karen) Posthumus and their children: Kristin, Kayla and Mariah of Clarks Grove and Greg Posthumus of Albert Lea; brother, Newlin (Gloria) Jensen, of St. Ansgar, Iowa; sisters: Yvonne Perkins of Des Moines, Iowa, and Sonia Ugland of Oklahoma; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Elnora Jensen; her husband, Burnell Groe; and sisters.

In lieu of flowers memorials suggested to Crossroads Community Hospice or the Hollandale Christian School.
