Emmer, Horner are two peas in a pod

We had eight years of George W. Bush’s failed policies and eight years of Tim Pawlenty’s same policies and both our nation and our state ended up in bankruptcy. Why would we want another four years of these policies that only want to keep taxing the middle class and keep giving big business, special interest and corporations big tax breaks.

For one thing, corporations do not pay taxes. We do when we buy their products and they just pass it on.

The middle class has become the poor class, because of all the cuts in jobs, raising the real estate taxes, triple the cost and insurance companies who keep raising their premiums.

How can you ever balance the budget when the people most able to pay taxes, always get the cuts?

Tom Emmer and Tom Horner are like two peas in a pod, both strong Republicans, going into businesses and having rallies but never giving a definite answer to questions about Social Security or their financial statements. They don’t want anyone to know how much they get from the rich people who are given the tax cuts.

All they care about is cutting education, health care and public service jobs. They talk about change, but I see no change or new ideas. All it only creates for many, many people is gloom and doom.
