Forman wants a road but no way to pay it

John Forman should vote for Democrats if he wants more jobs.
This letter is in response to Mr. John Forman’s letter to the editor dated Sept. 28.
On Labor Day 2004 then-President Bush announced that he was going to appoint a job czar to keep jobs in America. Unfortunately, the man he was going to appoint had closed his factory and moved jobs to China. In doing so, he received a tax credit.
It’s rather funny how Mr. Forman dislikes government spending. I have to wonder if back in 2006 whether he supported the governor in making sure that any Republicans who voted for the gas tax increase were run out of office. Because on Sept. 14, 2010, Mr. Forman went before the City Council asking it to fix the road in front of his business.
Don’t forget the JOBZ program that enriched Alamco with a new building. Has he ever seen a government program he doesn’t like?
