Kathy Green deserves to be our next state senator. I’ve known Kathy for 20 years and know she’s the best person for the job. The incumbent, Dan Sparks, has had eight years to solve major state problems. He hasn’t gotten the job done. It’s time for someone new.

Kathy’s dedicated 30 years to improving our community and state. She is a kind leader who genuinely seeks the best solution to tough problems. She has the experience and record to tackle the major issues facing our state: the budget crisis, economy and education.

As a mother of five boys she has a vested interest to make sure our children’s future is bright. This means quality education and a stable state budget that isn’t broken again the next year.

As a small business owner she understands that raising taxes should only be a tool of last resort. When government taxes someone it means that person has less to spend at the local store (which makes it harder to create a new job) and less to donate to worthy causes like Boy Scouts, church and charities.

Kathy Green will make a phenomenal senator. She deserves our vote!
