I have been listening to Mark Harig for sheriff radio messages where Sheriff Harig believes in “to protect and serve.” Sheriff Harig has always been open to talking about problems whether the are community problems or family problems.

Sheriff Harig always tries to help and genuinely cares about his Freeborn County neighbors. Mark comes to meetings, tells us what happens locally, always promotes his deputies as a “talented bunch of guys” and is proud of what they accomplish.

I support Mark Harig for sheriff. He is always looking for ways to benefit community groups whether it is fundraising, American Cancer Society Bike-a-thon, memorials, community action groups, bell ringing or the past escorts in the Festival of Bands.

Sheriff Harig is not afraid to pursue grants. His foresight allows him to help accomplish many things without asking commissioners to budget for every expense.

Mark Harig is protecting and is serving. He is one of us.

Re-elect Mark Harig to continue as our sheriff.
