Holiday cooking is everywhere this time of year. Join Albert Lea Medical Center’s Diabetes Education Team for a fun night of learning how to cook for the holidays, how to select proper foods when given options, and how to eat smart during the holiday season. You’ll be given tips on how to fully enjoy all the holidays have to offer, but doing it within the bounds of your dietary requirements. Recipes will be shared.
