It is no secret that the Koch brothers are the billionaires behind the bankrolling of these secret and shady organizations who apparently have an unlimited amount of cash to attack Democrats. This is the first time our household has received targeted mailing from one of these secret and shady right-wing organizations attacking our state legislator — Robin Brown.

Because our progressive DFL household is a targeted mailing of these secret and shady right-wing organizations, it can only mean the obvious. The Koch brothers are very rich people. Usually these right-wing mailings concentrate on independents and moderates and try to persuade people with their drumbeat of fear. The Koch brother billionaires want the 99.99-plus percent of us who are not billionaires to trust them?

Our state representative — Robin Brown — like the rest of us, is not a billionaire. She cannot be persuaded by fear mongering. Nor should she have to answer to the likes of the Koch brothers.

There is no question that Robin Brown has been the hardest working legislator ever to serve District 27A and that should not be surprising considering her gender, an experienced mother, wife and homemaker, a member of the teaching profession, plus a local resident who sincerely cares about Freeborn and Mower county constituents. What a great combination.

I will once again be a proud voter for Robin Brown. And the Koch brothers can take their right wing fear mongering targeted mailings and well — you know.
