A flu vaccine clinic will be held from 1 to 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9, and Dec. 27, at Crossroads Church, a half mile north of HyVee.

All children from 6 months old through high school qualify for a free vaccine, along with all school staff. Some adults may qualify for a free vaccine if uninsured or under-insured. Bring your Medicare card, Medical Advantage card or Medical Assistance card. All others pay $25. The nasal flu mist and injectable vaccine well be available for those who qualify.
