Hospice Tree donations

Crossroads Community Hospice, in cooperation with Albert Lea Medical Center, invites area residents to “Set Memories Aglow” this holiday season by donating money toward a light on the special Hospice Tree in memory of a loved one, friend or for someone living you wish to honor. This tree will be located on the Albert Lea Medical Center campus, 404 W. Fountain St.

Crossroads Community Hospice staff and volunteers will be at the following locations with donation form envelopes:

9 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 17: Hy-Vee

9 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 24: Northbridge Mall

Donation form envelopes are also available at the Albert Lea Medical Center Gift Shop, Alden Clinic, Kiester Clinic, Lake Mills Clinic, New Richland Clinic, Wells Clinic, KATE Radio and Power 96. For more information call 377-6393.

A tree lighting ceremony will be held at 5 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 5, on the front drive of Albert Lea Medical Center. The tree will remain lit through the holiday season.

Crossroads Community Hospice provides support and care for people in the last phases of terminal illness so they might live as fully and comfortably as possible.
