Criminal damages reported
Albert Lea police responded to a criminal damage property report at 8:15 a.m. on Monday at 504 James Ave. A window was broken out of a storm door, causing a reported $20 in damages. A report was filed.
Criminal damages were reported at 2200 Stevens St. Monday at 4:32 p.m. According to police reports, damage was reported to a desk at Community Tech Services.
Albert Lea police responded to a criminal damage property report at Northbridge Mall Monday at 6:42 p.m. A cart was reportedly pushed up against a vehicle.

Mailbox hit and run reported
A hit and run crash was reported at 1817 South Shore Dr. Monday at 8:53 a.m. According to Albert Lea police, damage was sustained to the mailbox and post, causing a reported $100 in damages. A report was filed.

Arrest warrants executed
Albert Lea police executed an arrest warrant on James Chan Nyadouth at 411 South Broadway Ave. Monday at 11:44 a.m. Nyadouth reportedly turned himself in on two local warrants for immediate custody.
Albert Lea police executed two local arrest warrants at 702 17th St. Monday at 10:21 p.m. Two people were taken into immediate custody for domestic assault and disorderly conduct. They were transported to the Hayward Group Home.

Thefts reported
Albert Lea police responded to a theft report at 1904 Bridge Ave. Monday at 2:20 p.m. A yellow Schwinn bike was reported stolen about a year ago. A report was filed.
A welfare card was reported stolen and all money taken from the account Monday 8:04 p.m. at the intersection of West Front St. and South First Ave. Albert Lea police filed a report.

Police respond to tresspassing
Albert Lea police responded to a trespassing complaint at 618 East Sixth St. Tuesday at 4:45 a.m. Christopher Todd Gilbertson was arrested on an Austin Police Department warrant for disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $300.

Injury from car crash
Albert Lea police responded to a minor injury from a car crash at the intersection of Main Street and Prospect Avenue 7 a.m. Tuesday Neither party was transported by ambulance.
