Southwest Middle School math teachers, Marci Maier and Jill Nelson will be presenting an online math learning opportunity for all parents of Southwest students. The sessions are Nov. 9 and Nov. 23 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Southwest Media Center. Teachers will train parents with the online Holt math curriculum and teach them how their children can benefit from the online resources available to them. Parents will learn how to best help their child with math homework. Please RSVP to your child’s math teacher as soon as possible. The school hopes all parents can attend one session.
