3 fail tobacco compliance check

The Albert Lea Police Department on Dec. 17, conducted its most recent wave of tobacco compliance checks. Of the 26 licensees, three failed by making illegal sales to an undercover decoy. The ALPD extends appreciation to the majority of retailers who conduct responsible transactions; while reminding all to request official ID prior to making a sales transaction.
