LAKE MILLS, Iowa — Alex Grunhovd scored a team-high 18 points as the Lake Mills Bulldogs boys’ basketball team beat Central Springs 63-35.

The Bulldogs (1-0, 0-0 North Iowa) held the Panthers to just 14 first half points and built a 57-23 lead going into the fourth quarter.

Marcus Gaskill and Tim Brandt both scored in double-figures with 16 and 10, respectively, while Tyler Rice and Dylan Davis each chipped in 10.

The Bulldogs play again at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at rival Northwood-Kensett.
