More burglaries reported
Clarks Grove Hardware, 101 E. Main St., Clarks Grove, was reported broken into at 5:01 a.m. today, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office. As of press time, it is unknown what was missing from this business.
A burglary was also reported at Jensen Heating & Air Conditioning, 104 S. Central Ave., Geneva, at 5:10 a.m. today. Deputies are still completing the reports on this incident.
The front door of 222 Main St. in Emmons was reported broken to Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Wednesday.
A residence at 725 Larimore Circle was reportedly broken into at 5:58 p.m. Wednesday. Collector trucks were reported missing, according to police.
2 men arrested for meth possession
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Randell Wilbur Haynes, 30, and David William Brown, 23, for fifth-degree methamphetamine possession after a traffic stop early this morning near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 13 and Freeborn County Road 101, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
GPS unit taken out of car
A GPS unit was reported stolen out of a car at 810 Troy Road at 3:01 p.m. Wednesday, according to police.
Money, cash stolen
Two desks were reported broken into at Calvary Baptist Church, 2016 Bridge Ave., at 6:01 p.m. Wednesday. Checks and cash were missing.
