On Sunday, the Grace Lutheran Congregation will welcome Sandi and Rich Wallestad. They will come to tell us about the “Women of Hope Ministry” which a part of the Mashiah foundation in Jos, Nigeria. The Wallestads will bring us information about the ministry run by their daughter Mary Beth and Bayo Oyebades. The “Women of Hope” is a dynamic sewing program that provides income for women and orphans infected by HIV/AIDs. The Wallestad’s have just returned from spending a month in Nigeria. They will join us in the Fireside Room during our Fellowship Hour to tell us their daughter’s story and bring many of the items the women have sewed that are for sale. The Wallestads are cousins of Bev and Bob Field, members of the Grace congregation. The public is invited to join them at 9:45 a.m. on Sunday in the Fireside Room.
