On Dec. 14 more than 50 kindergartners and parents attended Hawthorne Elementary School’s Super Reader Night. Parents and students created math and reading games to take home. They also had the chance to participate in a book swap and time to read as a family. Students dressed up as superheroes and were given a new book.
