Terry Grant Baldwin, 69, Cape Fair, Mo., was born Aug. 22, 1941, in Iowa City, Iowa, to Lelland and Olga Irene Baldwin and departed this life Dec. 23, 2010 in his home.

Terry had been a resident of the area for the past seven years coming from Minnesota. Before his retirement he had worked as a chemist for a manufacturing company. He liked to fish, bowl and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Carol of the home; two sons: Bradley Scott Baldwin and wife Cindy of Randall and Rodney Gene Baldwin and wife Darlene of Brooklyn Park; daughter, Gale Rainstad and husband Bob of Virginia, Minn.; three brothers: Lavern Baldwin of Starbuck, Roger Baldwin of Albert Lea and Lelland Baldwin of Coon Rapids; two sisters: Nola Akemann of Joice, Iowa, and Bonnie Barryantois of Glenville; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

No services are planned. Burial will be in the Missouri Veterans cemetery Springfield, Mo., at a later date under the care of Westrip Funeral Home, Crane, Mo.
