The Le Center Wildcats boys’ basketball team scored 30 points in the second half to defeat the Alden-Conger Knights 45-33 Thursday at Le Center.

The Knights went into halftime with a 20-15 lead, but were unable to hold off the Wildcats in the second half.

“They went on a run in the second half,” Alden-Conger coach Bill Hintz said. “We couldn’t make anything happen.”

The Knights had trouble at the free throw line as they shot 7-of-21 from the free throw line.

Tyler Adix led the Knights with 11 points, while Mike Reyerson had six points.

Alden-Conger is back in action on Tuesday against Cleveland.
