Wolverines tip Patriots 41-40

GLENVILLE — Ahead eight points with two minutes left in the game Friday, the Glenvill-Emmons girls’ basketball team held off a late Hope Lutheran Patriots rally to win 41-40 in Glenville.

Kalli Van Ryswyk led the Wolverines with 10 points, 11 rebounds, three blocks and two steals, while Kailey Davis scored 12 points, grabbed six rebounds and recorded eight steals.

Emily Belshan scored 12 points and grabbed eight rebounds.

The Wolverines play next at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday at Mabel-Canton.
