The Eagles Auxiliary meeting was held Jan. 3 with President Aracely Johnson presiding. Initiation was held for new members: Ramona Pietro, Angie Ruggles, Cindy Yost and Peg Shelton. The meeting time for Feb. 7 will change to 6:30 p.m. January is “Cancer Month” and the following cancer events will be held:

Jan. 8 – Cans for Cancer with can collection, silent auction, pool, cribbage, lunch and dinner.

January 12 – Cancer luncheon

Jan. 15 – Cablethon (Eagles), Jail & Bail, raffles, dinner

Jan. 16 – Cancer breakfast

Jan. 16 and 17 – 5th District Telethon Rochester Civic Center

Jan. 9th – District meeting Mankato

Mary Harty won the door prize and there were 26 members present. The next meeting will be Jan. 17 at 7:30 p.m.
