According to the 1988 Freeborn County Heritage book, First Baptist Church at 335 W Clark St. is “the oldest building in Albert Lea to continuously serve as a place of worship.” The bell tower portion was built in 1905 or 1906 and repaired in 1988. -- Submitted photo
