Officials with Alliant Energy and Barnhart Crane fly the U.S. flag Sunday atop the final wind turbine they constructed for the Bent Tree Wind Farm. Project Manager Ted Francois said it was the 122nd tower. The work was reached on time and on budget, he said, despite weather challenges.
