ALDEN– After a win against St Clair on Thursday, the Alden-Conger Knights girls’ basketball team looked to make it two straight wins on Friday as they hosted the Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial Knights.

LC-WM showed why they are 9-0 in the Valley Conference as they defeated Alden-Conger 49-32.

“We played a good game against a very good basketball team,” Alden-Conger coach Gary Newman said.

Ariel Keller scored 15 points and pulled down seven rebounds for Alden-Conger.

Taylor Martin recorded 7 points and recorded a team high 13 rebounds for the Knights.

Alden-Conger is back in action on Monday as they travel to Glenville to take on the Glenville-Emmons Wolverines.
