Police arrested Travis Clark Hoyne, 21, no address listed, for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 2:37 a.m. today at 2021 W. Main St. Kelsey Marie Paulson, 18, was cited for underage consumption and Scott Alan Possehl, 22, was cited for misdemeanor fleeing on foot after he was found behind 119 Brent Drive, according to police.
