Man arrested for DWI

Police arrested Alvin Hernandez, no age or address listed, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated, third-degree test refusal and driving after suspension after a traffic stop at 1:56 a.m. today near the intersection of West Front Street and Jefferson Avenue, according to police.

Man cited for shoplifting

Police cited John J. Benish, no age or address listed, for shoplifting from Trail’s Travel Center, 820 Happy Trails Lane, at 11:04 a.m. Wednesday. Benish reportedly stole a camera, according to reports.
