Tigers’ Carlson ranks 4th in goals

Eric Carlson, a junior center on the Albert Lea boys’ hockey team, currently is tied for 4th in the state in goals scored with 18.
Carlson scored six goals for the Tigers in a weekend tournament in Rochester and is averaging 1.8 goals per game.
Carlson also leads the Tigers in points with 28 and ranks 15th in the state in that category.
The Tigers host No. 3-ranked Rochester Lourdes at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at City Arena.
