Winnebago Industries this week announced the acquisition of Middlebury, Ind.-based SunnyBrook RV Inc. for $5.7 million. The company will continue to manufacture towable products under the SunnyBrook name. Winnebago has created a new company, Winnebago of Indiana, to make the SunnyBrook travel trailers and fifth-wheel trailers.

SunnyBrook president and majority owner Elvie Fray will remain with the company as the president of Winnebago of Indiana.
