Jody and Daron Newman of Freeborn, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsie Kuchera to Cal Boettcher, son of Margaret and Keven Boettcher of Owatonna. Cal and Kelsie both graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Kelsie works at Target as an executive team leader, and Cal works at Home Depot as a sales consultant, both in Tucson, Ariz. The wedding is planned for May 28 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Owatonna.
