Fires reported

A tree was reported on fire in the backyard of 424 High St., Emmons, at 10:56 p.m. Sunday, according to reports. No other information was available as of press time.
A chair was reported on fire in the alley behind 133 W. William St. at 12:35 a.m. Sunday. The fire was put out by the Albert Lea Fire Department.
Man arrested for DWI
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Bradley Michael Hines, 24, no address listed, for driving while intoxicated, driving after suspension, expired registration and a Blue Earth County warrant at 2:28 a.m. Saturday on Freeborn County Road 25 west of the Mower County line.
Teenager cited for shoplifting
A 17-year-old was reportedly cited for shoplifting from Walmart at 8:33 p.m. Monday, according to reports.
Crashes reported
The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Minnesota State Patrol on Monday for numerous calls of crashes on both interstates 35 and 90.
According to reports, a vehicle rollover was reported on I-90 near mile 161 at 6:13 p.m Monday. No injuries were reported.
Sheriff’s Office reports stated a rollover was reported at 5:27 a.m. today on I-35 near mile 19. Reports stated one person was transported with a head laceration.
Reports stated a vehicle rolled on its top at 6:21 a.m. today on I-35 near mile 16. A minor injury was reported.
Albert Lea police officers also reponded to numerous crashes and people stuck in the snow within Albert Lea. No injuries were reported.
