Truck collides with school bus

RICHMOND (AP) — Stearns County authorities say a milk truck tried to stop on an icy road but ended up colliding with a stopped school bus.

Seven children were on the bus, but no one in either vehicle was hurt in the Wednesday morning crash.

The Sheriff’s Office says the bus had stopped to pick up a student. A milk truck going to the same address tried to slow and stop but slid into the bus, pushing it back about 10 feet.

Students were taken to school on a different bus. The crash is under investigation.
