The United South Central Rebels boys’ basketball team missed a potential game tying three pointer as time expired on Tuesday as the Granada-Huntley/East Chain Mustangs defeated USC 52-49 in Granada.

Kyle Bauman led the Rebels with 20 points and 13 rebounds to record the double double.

Trey Allis scored 14 points, while Jason Huper chipped in 12 points.

USC is back in action on Thursday at 7:15 p.m. as they play Bethlehem Academy in Wells.
