“Planning Ahead” was the program topic when Chapter 469 NARFE members met Feb. 8 at the Holiday Inn at Austin. Program presenter Mary Kittelson from Worlein Funeral Homes explained that planning ahead makes it much easier for survivors when a death occurs. This would include financial affairs as well as funeral or memorial service arrangements. NARFE members had many questions that Mary answered too. The group thought it was an interesting program.

During the business meeting chaired by Jonathon Green, NARFE members voted to provide three door prize gifts for the state convention which will be held at Fergus Falls in May. President Green will be a delegate.
