Pair of 20-point scorers leads G-E

Kalli Van Ryswyk scored 23 points Monday and Emily Belshan added another 20 as the Glenville-Emmons’ girls basketball team won at the Grand Meadow Superlarks (4-16) 55-45.

Knotted with Superlarks 21-21 at halftime, the Wolverines (12-4) shot 13-for-26 for 50 percent during the second half.

Van Ryswyk and Belshan had nine and seven rebounds, respectively, and Robyn Roe added eight points and eight rebounds.

Kailey Davis had seven assists and 11 rebounds.

The Wolverines play again at 6 p.m. tonight at Lake Mills, Iowa (10-10).
