Parkinson’s group has been formed

There has been something needed in our community for a long time. A Parkinson’s disease support group. Finally, we are seeing this happen.
As you know Parkinson’s is a debilitating disease. Symptoms can vary from person to person. Yet some of the symptoms are pretty much universal.
We are urging all who are touched by Parkinson’s disease, family, friends and all interested people to join us on the fourth Tuesday of every month at the Albert Lea Senior Center, 9:30 a.m. Our goal is to learn from one another, to share our struggles and to support one another. If you know someone who may not know about this group, please share this information.
Once again we meet at 9:30 a.m. this Tuesday, Feb. 22, at the Albert Lea Senior Center in Albert Lea. For more information call: Ann Troska at 874-3367 or Maureen Ruble at 373-1808.
